Colorado Hoops weighted Exercise Hoops are the only custom hoops that use two layers of High Density Polyethylene tubing for balance and extra weight. All of our Exercise hoops come with high quality holographic metallic and matching gaffers grip tape. Also constructed with a snap button connector so that you can easily double coil your hoop for travel purposes. Hoops weigh between 1 and 1.5 pounds. A perfect weight to exercise with but not so heavy that they will bruise or hurt you. Pick the right sized hoop for your size and ability. The bigger the hoop, the easier it will be to waist hoop with. A small adult may want to try a 36 or 38 inch. While a average adult that has not hooped in years may want to go with a 40 inch.
