ROX Fit Best quality man shaped dummy specially made in thick grade canvas material, dummy is specially designed to give you a feel as you are fighting with your opponent while practicing. This dummy is stitched in a way that when filled it can sit on its own in submissive style. It is also available in Black Red, Red Black, White Black, Pink Black and Blue Black color. Available in 4, 5 and 6 feet. Best thing is you can also fill this dummy easily with any spare cloth available. Its quite easy to fill as it has a zip enclosure on the back and where required.

ROX Fit recommends it to be filled (ideally) with shredded cloth, but that's not the only way to fill it. You can use any spare clothes available to fill the dummy, T-Shirts, pieces of foam and sheets can also be used (Note: Avoid sharp pointy object). This soft filler will help you bring these dummy to shape. This will obviously give these dummies some weight but to bring these dummies to ideal weight you will have to add sand (filled in plastic bag) according to the requirement.
