Pressing Instructions: 300 degrees for 15 - 30 seconds on medium to heavy pressure using a heat press with an adjustable pressure setting. Once the patches are adhered from the front turn the garment inside out and repeat these steps from the backside of the garment. Repeat these steps until the patches are fully adhered. You can also sew these patches on or apply them with fabric glue. Machine wash on delicate and lay flat to dry.
