Using Instruction:

1. Locate the round opening on the outside of the costume. Place the mechanism on the inside of the costume bringing round fan through opening.

2. Screw outer fan ring back into place to secure fan to costume. Finished lock.

3. Insert 4 AA batteries into battery-pack,move battery-pack switch to ON position.

4. Step into costume then clip the battery-pack to your own clothing inside.
