• Retroreflective High Visibility fabric is a high-tech fabric with a coating of tiny glass beads that reflect light back to its source. It is the same technology used in street signs and other safety clothing/equipment. Strips of this can be placed on any object for use at night, however, the 55" width allows for unlimited coverage/possibilities.
• Uses: This reflective fabric is perfect for making highly visible safety equipment. It can also be used for sporting goods; the reflective properties are great for jogging or biking at night and will ensure that one will be seen in headlights from a great distance.
• Care Instructions: Because of the way that this item is shipped, you may need to iron the fabric at a low temperature for about 10 minutes per yard to remove creases. Do not presoak, Machine wash warm,40C or 105F Tumble Dry low Cool iron, Do not exceed 120C or 248F Do not Bleach Do not dry-clean
• How to extend the life of reflective fabric: 1. When machine washing, you may use mild detergent, but not Bleach or Fabric Softener. 2. Do not wash with your work jeans or any clothing with rough fabric or edges. The microscopic glass beads on the reflective fabric can be worn off by the rough texture. 3. Try to line dry. If you chose to machine dry, try to remove the product immediately. The added Heat can damage the reflective fabric.

1. Our reflective fabric is composed of aluminum coated micro-glass beads. The aluminum layer is easily damaged in acid, alkali or humid environment which on one hand will influence the retro reflective performance of our reflective fabric, and on the other hand wull cause possible color difference and expose the base fabric. Do not drip or wipe the surface of reflective fabric with acid or alkali. Avoid soaking in acid or alkaline solutions for a long time. 2. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place below 26.7C or 80F and lower than 70% relative humidity. 3. Try to avoid using water-cooled air conditioner in manufacturing process 4. We strongly recommend all workers wear gloves during garment manufacturing, to avoid possible blemishes caused by sweat. Meanwhile, try to avoid direct contact with machine oil or other corrosive liquids. 5. Iff possible, try to replace the metal machine presser with a plastic one to reduce the friction on the reflective surface during the sewing process. 6. Try to slow down when sewing on thicker parts to avoid possible abrasion on the surface of the reflective fabric. 7. The reflective fabric shall be handled with care during production and try to avoid abrasion with sharp objects. 8. Finished reflective products are recommended to be dried or dehumidified before packing. 9. Reflective fabric sewed on garments scuff or edges of sippers are susceptible to friction. 10. Before sewing, try to pinpoint the sewing line, and avoid sewing and removing repeatedly. Otherwise, the obvious pinhole might affect the garment appearance.
