Pre-Treat Stains Apply a stain remover or mild detergent to any heavily soiled areas before washing. 3. Wash on Gentle Cycle Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold or warm water (never hot) with a mild, hypoallergenic detergent to prevent skin irritation. Wash at least two pads at a time to balance the load for the spin cycle. For heavily soiled pads, run an extra rinse cycle. 4.
