The aquatic fitness barbells provide resistance for rehabilitation, fitness and strength training. They are made from polyethylene closed cell foam and are fully sealed and smoothed to provide durability and comfort. Note: Chlorine attacks plastic. It makes it brittle. We suggest rinsing with clear water before storing. The smaller the hand buoy, the lighter the resistance. The smaller buoys are recommended for rehabilitation, the medium size are recommended for aquatic fitness and the larger buoys are recommended for strength training.
