- Thermoform Sheet Material: Kydex Thermoform Sheet is very similar to both Holstex and Boltaron in the way it forms when heated and molded around an object. Once cooled, this material will keep the shape of the item that was used to mold the shape into place. In its cooled state, it is very durable and light weight. The Hybrid Holster Making Kit comes with an 8in x 8in sheet of Kydex in .080 inch thickness.
- Hybrid Backer: This kit features the CKK designed hybrid holster backer with an integrated sweat-guard. It is made from 8-9oz cowhide leather. This is the perfect thickness for professional durability while offering excellent flexibility to maximize carry comfort. The small version of the leather hybrid holster backer is compatible with small sized firearms and the medium version is compatible with small to medium sized firearms.
- Belt Clips: The Raven Concealment Overhook Struts offer a tough snap over to guarantee a snug fit with an easy release. There are ridges on the back of the strut that prevent mounting hardware from damaging sheaths and knives. Each of the pre-drilled holes are 15mm apart center-to-center. With the center hole being a slot, the strut can be rotated up to 10 degrees in either direction. These versions of the Overhook Struts fit belt sizes up to 1.50 inches.
